Fitter – Maintenance

Perform preventive, breakdown and corrective maintenance. Maintain pumps, compressors, gearboxes, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, cranes and conveyors. Repair, assemble and align mechanical equipment. Maintain bearings, seals, couplings, belts and chains. Read mechanical drawings. Maintain logs and PM records. Support installation and commissioning. Follow SOPs and safety procedures. Work in rotating shifts. Work at heights. Emergency breakdown response. Exposure to industrial conditions.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 1–2 years of experience OR ITI (Fitter) with 2–3 years of experience.
