Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with hands-on experience on Java projects and 8+ years of overall experience, who can handle a team of around 8-10 members on a banking-domain project for our client, CredenTek Software & Consultancy Pvt Ltd.

• Min 8 years of strong experience in Java/J2EE technologies/Microservices
• Core Java, Spring / Spring Boot / React / Hybrid / Mobile / .NET
• Hibernate / JPA / JDBC
• Experience with web application environments like Eclipse, Tomcat and WebLogic/WebSphere
• Experience with tools like Git / SVN, Maven etc.
• Must have knowledge of Oracle Database / MS SQL Database
• Should be able to do effort estimation
• Should have done customer interaction
• Must have handled a team of 8-10 developers & testers
• Prepare / review project documentation
• Code review

• 8-10 years of IT experience, preferably with exposure to banking projects
• Minimum 2-4 years of banking domain experience (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of team handling experience (mandatory)
• Web services (SOAP and REST) and API integration
• JSON, Swagger and Postman
• Experience in other Spring frameworks (Spring Security, Spring Batch)
• Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, .NET
• Good communication and written skills
• Strong leadership and task delegation skills
• Confident, client-facing professional with timely project execution
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, or MCA with a PG diploma/degree from a reputed institution
• Minimum 1-year service commitment (bond) after joining as a full-time employee
• Role requires travel as per client requirements; male candidates preferred (per client specification)
• Working days: Monday to Friday, Work From Office
