Assembly Engineer

Maintain quality and safety standards with on-time delivery, records and equipment. Engineering drawing knowledge & study. Supervise manufacturing processes ensuring quality work is done safely and efficiently. Liaise with engineers to develop plans improving production, costs and labour. Diagnose production problems and provide recommendations and training. Establish safety procedures and protocols considering worker wellbeing and carbon footprint. Keep abreast of engineering and production advances. Schedule meetings with departments and stakeholders. Analyse production and make recommendations for improvement. Obtain required materials and equipment. Ensure compliance to quality, safety and environmental standards as per ISO 9001

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience of 5 to 6 years in mechanical engineering field.
• Sound knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic & lubrication piping.
• 5S & visual management, standardized work, VSM, RCA, problem solving & decision making.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
