About the role
Drive operational excellence across a large auto-components manufacturing facility. Lead production planning, shift management, quality and team development with full P&L exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own daily / monthly production targets across 3 shifts
- Lead a team of 80+ workmen and 5 supervisors
- Drive Lean, 5S and Kaizen initiatives
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain
- Monthly MIS to plant head and CXO reviews
Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production
- Min. 8 years in Tier-1 / OEM auto components environment
- Hands-on with TPM, Lean and 5S
- Strong English and Hindi communication
