About the role
Run a high-throughput 1 lakh sqft warehouse — receiving, putaway, picking, packing, dispatch. WMS-driven operations with daily 200+ outbound shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound & outbound shifts (8-10 hrs)
- Drive picking accuracy and order TAT SLA
- Daily WMS inventory reconciliation
- Lead 20+ associates and pickers
Requirements
- Graduate with 3+ years in 3PL warehousing
- Hands-on with WMS (SAP / Manhattan / Easywms)
- Strong attention to detail
